I think this is the biggest mistake every university makes. Semester usually goes something like this: Week one: Lecture theatre is completely full. People sitting in aisles. Week two: Lecture theatre is half-empty. Week three-whenever: Lecture has 10 people attending. Week before finals: Lecture theatre is packed. People sitting in aisles. Also, GPOY
